When buying a new car, most car shoppers are after a good deal. However, what exactly qualifies as a “good deal?”
Each person has their own opinion of what a good deal is, some believe it’s paying a really low price, others think it’s getting the best car available for the money they have budgeted.
The goal is finding the perfect new car at a price and payment that fits well within your budget. To help you with your research, we’ve compiled the list below of the best new cars for the money in 2016.
Each year U.S. News & World Report holds their annual Best Cars for the Money awards. The award winners are rated and have the best combination of long-term quality and value in each of their classes.
Honda and it’s luxury line Acura, walked away with eight of the twenty-three categories available, including the subcompact and compact car categories with the 2016 Honda Fit and 2016 Honda Civic.
The Lexus RX 350 lost its seven year win streak to the 2016 Lincoln MKX this year for the Best 2-Row Luxury SUV for the money. Check out the rest of the award winners on the list below.
Competition Between Dealers Always Gets You the Lowest New Car Price
When negotiating a new cars price, it’s important to know the dealer invoice price and what other people are paying for the same vehicle in your local area. Otherwise, you won’t know what’s a good price to pay for the car.
As always, I highly recommend using an online referral service such as Ryde Shopper or Motor Trend, their quotes will automatically include any discounts or cash-back incentives currently available in the marketplace.
