Large families are limited in their transportation selection. Minivans are one of their choices and also one of the most practical vehicles on the road.
Our friends over at Cars.com recently performed a test on the top 2015 model minivans to determine which one would hold the crown as the "ultimate minivan of 2015."
Research shows that when most families buy a minivan, they buy them fully loaded. So the price cap of the vehicles on the test have an manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) under $50,000. With a cap so high, it allowed them to evaluate the latest features, drivetrains and latest technology.
The test lasted a week, they drove them around Milwaukee on a 135 mile real world course. They also had their judges drive them back-to-back on the same pavement types to evaluate comfort, acceleration, ride, handling and more. Last, but not least, they brought in an "real-life" new car shopper to test the vans for ride, usefulness and more.
It you'd like to read more about how the vehicles were scored or who the judges where you can read more detail about the test and vehicles here. Check out the list on how all the minivans ranked on the list.

When negotiating a new car's price, it's important to know the dealer invoice price and what other people are paying for the same vehicle in your local area. Otherwise, you won't know what's a good price to pay for the vehicle. I highly recommend using an online referral service such as CarClearanceDeals and CarsDirect, their quotes will automatically include any discounts or cash-back incentives currently available.
In addition, the above sites will tell you which dealerships in your local area are currently the most flexible with their new car pricing. These sites provide valuable information for anyone thinking about buying or leasing a new car or truck.
