June is a hot month for car sales. Several manufacturers are offering 0% APR finance deals to help clear out the remaining 2014 and 2015 models. Their desperate to get them sold to make room for the 2016 model new cars rolling in over the next few months.
Along with zero percent financing, some automakers are offering cash-back and customer rebates. Normally you must choose between the rebate OR the incentivized annual percentage rate (APR). There are a few offers out there offering the option to combine both, however those offers are far and few between. If you must choose, with normal interest rates so low and you have good credit, rebates are normally a better deal. However, in many situations, you don't have a choice when it's only a low-interest APR or cash-rebate being offered on the vehicle.
As I've always recommended, you should get a pre-approved auto loan before contacting a dealership. This will give you leverage when negotiating during the financing process of buying a car. Read my chapter on financing a new car to learn more on how dealers make money financing new cars and how to get a pre-approved auto loan online.
There are several manufacturers such as Chevy, Ford, Kia, Lincoln, Nissan, and Mitsubishi that still have new 2014 models in their inventories. Believe me, if you're looking for a good deal, these dealers are more than likely ready to move these vehicles off their lots with the 2016 models right around the corner. The hardest part about buying a brand new 2014, is finding one equipped exactly as you would like.
Chevrolet still has an abundance of 2014 Chevrolet Camaros and 2014 Chevy Impalas. Kia has several new 2014 vehicles including the 2014 Kia Forte, Forte 5, Forte Koup, Optima, and Optima Hybrid. Any one of these vehicles will go for a great discount by a motivated dealer. Make sure you do your new car research online and make dealers compete for your business to guarantee you pay the best price.
Not only are old aged vehicles being offered with 0% APR financing, there's also a few brand new 2016 model vehicles available. Hyundai is offering no interest financing on their 2016 Hyundai Elantra and 2016 Elantra GT. Ford is also offering 0% on it's very popular 2016 Ford Fusion.
Note: 0% APR offers normally only apply to short-term-loans, however many of the June offers below are extended to 60, or even 72 months. Finance and cash-back incentives vary by region, they can change or be cancelled without notice and are also subject to vehicle trim, styles, or availability. You should always check with several dealers in your area to get a good idea of what's available in your local market.

When negotiating a new car's price, it's important to know the dealer invoice price and what other people are paying in your local area. Otherwise, you won't know what's a good price to negotiate for. You can view these prices at Ryde Shopper and Motor Trend, their quotes will automatically include any discounts or cash-back incentives currently available, in addition to the 0% APR loan rates. These sites provide valuable information for anyone thinking about buying or leasing a new car.
Keep in mind, a good credit score of 700 or above will be needed to qualify for a 0% APR auto loan. If you're unaware of your credit score, read my section on how not knowing your credit score will hurt you. Don't let a dealer know more about your credit history than you do.
If you have a credit score well below the 700 mark, you won't be able to qualify for an incentivized auto loan (0% APR). However, you may still get pre-approved for a bad credit auto loan. Visit my bad credit auto loan approval guide here.
